Legal Aspects of the Transaction: What’s the Cost? What to Check? Can I bring
my own lawyer?
Legal support typically includes due diligence of the documents, which costs around $1,000. We
can recommend trusted and experienced lawyers, or you’re welcome to engage your own specialist.
The key requirement is that your lawyer must be licensed and have relevant experience in
Indonesia, particularly in Bali.
As for the notary, if you are in Bali, you can select a notary independently and pay their fee
separately. Keep in mind that notaries can be busy, so it’s best to plan this step in advance to
avoid delays with document signing.
Who Will Manage My Property? Will I Receive Reports?
Your property will be managed by AV Management. We provide monthly reports that include all key
data: rental income, all expenses, occupancy rates, and guest information. Payouts are processed
quarterly. You’ll always stay informed with detailed and transparent reporting in a convenient
format.
How Many Projects Have Been Completed?
To date, we have successfully delivered 7 residential complexes, including Complex 1 through
Complex 5, as well as the Airship and Gray&White Villas projects. In addition, we’ve completed
two standalone properties – Legko and Villa Tibo. In total, we’ve built over 12,000 m² (Complex
1–5), with an additional 40,000 m² currently under construction in Complex 7 and Complex 8.
